ไทยไม่ทน! เอกอัครราชทูตไทยแฉกลางเวที UN กัมพูชายิงก่อน-บุกข้ามแดน ละเมิดหยุดยิง ย้ำไทยเคารพข้อตกลงมาตลอด เรียกร้องกัมพูชาหยุดเผยข้อมูลบิดเบือนในเวทีโลก

เมื่อวันที่ 30 ก.ค. 2568 ระหว่างการประชุมระดับสูงระหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยการระงับข้อพิพาทปัญหาปาเลสไตน์โดยสันติวิธี และการดำเนินการตามแนวทางสองรัฐ นายเชิดชาย ใช้ไววิทย์ เอกอัครราชทูต ผู้แทนถาวรไทยประจำสหประชาชาติ ณ นครนิวยอร์ก ชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริงเรื่องกัมพูชาละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิง ระหว่างการกล่าวถ้อยแถลง เนื่องจากกัมพูชากล่าวพาดพิงไทยเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ในเวทีดังกล่าว

โดยนายเชิดชาย กล่าวว่า ไทยต้องการทำความจริงให้ปรากฏ เพื่อป้องกันความเข้าใจผิด จากการเจรจาหยุดยิง เมื่อวันที่ 28 กรกฎาคมที่ผ่านมา แม้ข้อตกลงหยุดยิงจะมีผลบังคับใช้ แต่กัมพูชา ยังคงเปิดฉากยิงอย่างต่อเนื่องในวันรุ่งขึ้น (29ก.ค.)  และ ยังบุกรุกเข้ามาในดินแดนของไทย เป็นการละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิงอย่างร้ายแรง

ประเทศไทย ขอเรียกร้องให้กัมพูชายึดมั่นในข้อตกลงหยุดยิงอย่างเคร่งครัด ในขณะที่ไทยยึดปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงมาโดยตลอด พร้อมย้ำแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาผ่านช่องทางทวิภาคีที่มีอยู่ และ หยุดกระจายข้อมูลผิดๆ หรือ การทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดจากข้อเท็จจริง

Thailand Won’t Stay Silent! Thai Ambassador Slams Cambodia at UN for Ceasefire Violation — Says Cambodia Fired First and Crossed Border, Urges End to Misinformation on Global Stage

On July 30, 2025, during the High-Level International Meeting on the Peaceful Resolution of the Palestine Conflict and the Two-State Solution, Mr. Cherdchai Chaivaivid, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Thailand to the United Nations in New York, addressed the assembly to clarify facts regarding Cambodia’s violation of the ceasefire agreement. His statement followed remarks by the Cambodian delegation referencing the Thai-Cambodian border situation.

Ambassador Cherdchai stated that Thailand aims to clarify the truth to prevent misunderstandings. Although a ceasefire was agreed upon and took effect on July 28, Cambodia continued to open fire the very next day (July 29) and proceeded to violate Thai territory — a serious breach of the ceasefire terms.

Thailand calls on Cambodia to strictly uphold the ceasefire agreement. Thailand has adhered to the agreement at all times and remains committed to resolving the issue through existing bilateral mechanisms. The Ambassador also urged Cambodia to cease spreading misinformation or creating misunderstandings based on distorted facts in the international arena.
