“อนุสาวรีย์ตาอม” ไม่ใช่พื้นที่พิพาทอีกต่อไป ธงไทยปักมั่น หลังเขมรถอนกำลัง 

วันที่ 2 ส.ค. 2568 เพจเฟซบุ๊ก SMART Soldiers Strong ARMY โพสต์เฟซบุ๊ก ระบุว่า ข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับแนวปฏิบัติในพื้นที่ “ช่องอานม้า” 

ก่อนเกิดเหตุปะทะเมื่อวันที่ 28 กรกฎาคม 2568 กำลังทหารของไทยไม่เคยสามารถเข้าไปยึดพื้นที่บริเวณอนุสาวรีย์ตาอมได้ เนื่องจากฝ่ายกัมพูชาวางกำลังตรึงพื้นที่ไว้อย่างต่อเนื่องมาโดยตลอด

ข้อสังเกต เมื่อวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568 กองทัพกัมพูชาได้นำคณะทูตทหารจาก 13 ประเทศเข้าไปสังเกตการณ์ในพื้นที่ โดยพบว่า พื้นที่บริเวณอนุสาวรีย์ตาอมขณะนั้น มีกำลังทหารไทยควบคุมพื้นที่ทั้งหมดแล้ว

แนวปฏิบัติร่วมในพื้นที่อ้างสิทธิ์ “ช่องอานม้า” เพื่อป้องกันเหตุปะทะและรักษาเสถียรภาพในพื้นที่อ่อนไหว ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงแนวทางปฏิบัติร่วมกันไว้ ดังนี้

1. จัดกำลังฝ่ายละ 5 นาย
– แต่ละฝ่ายส่งเจ้าหน้าที่ 5 นายเข้าไปในพื้นที่ร่วมตรวจสอบ เพื่อป้องกัน การเพิ่มเติมกำลัง
2. ไม่มีการพกพาอาวุธ
– เจ้าหน้าที่ทุกนายต้องงดเว้นการพกพาอาวุธในขณะปฏิบัติภารกิจ
3. ลาดตระเวนร่วมกัน
– ทั้งสองฝ่ายร่วมเดินลาดตระเวนบริเวณรอบ “ตาอม” (ฝั่งกัมพูชา) และพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง 
4. ไม่จำกัดช่วงเวลาในการเข้า-ออกพื้นที่
– สามารถเข้าปฏิบัติภารกิจลาดตระเวนได้ ตลอดเวลา โดยไม่มีข้อจำกัดเรื่องเวลา

ปัจจุบัน กองทัพไทยควบคุมสถาปนาพื้นที่ได้อย่างมั่นคง จากสถานการณ์ความตึงเครียดล่าสุด กองทัพไทยได้ดำเนินการ ผลักดันกำลังฝ่ายกัมพูชาออกจากพื้นที่ที่ลุกล้ำอธิปไตยไทย ได้อย่างเด็ดขาด และสามารถ เข้ายึดพื้นที่ในแนวภูมิยุทธศาสตร์สำคัญได้สำเร็จ

เมื่อยึดพื้นที่ได้แล้ว ฝ่ายไทยได้จัดกำลังตรึงพื้นที่ ในเขตดินแดน อธิปไตยของไทย และสามารถครอบครองได้โดยชอบธรรม เพื่อ รักษาความได้เปรียบทางยุทธศาสตร์ และป้องกันการกระทบกระทั่งที่อาจเกิดขึ้นอีกในอนาคต

“Ta Om Monument” No Longer in Dispute – Thai Flag Raised After Cambodian Troops Withdraw

August 2, 2025 – The SMART Soldiers Strong ARMY Facebook page published a statement clarifying the current status and operational protocols concerning the “Chong An Ma” area, a previously disputed zone along the Thai-Cambodian border.

Prior to the armed clash on July 28, 2025, Thai forces had never gained control over the Ta Om Monument area, as Cambodian troops had continuously occupied and maintained a military presence there.

However, during a military attaché visit on July 30, when representatives from 13 countries were escorted by the Cambodian military to observe the site, it was found that Thai troops had taken full control of the area surrounding the Ta Om Monument.

According to the Thai side, both countries had previously agreed on joint operational protocols in the disputed Chong An Ma zone to prevent clashes and maintain stability:

1. Limit of 5 Personnel per Side
   – Each side was to deploy no more than five personnel for joint inspections to avoid reinforcement escalation.

2. No Weapons Policy
   – All personnel were required to operate unarmed during joint activities.

3. Joint Patrols
   – Troops from both sides conducted joint patrols around Ta Om (on the Cambodian side) and adjacent areas.

4. No Time Restrictions
   – Access to the patrol zone was permitted at any time without specific time constraints.

In the wake of the recent escalation, Thai forces successfully expelled Cambodian troops from areas deemed to have encroached upon Thai sovereignty. As a result, Thailand now exercises stable and legitimate control over this key strategic location.

The Thai military has since fortified its presence and maintained full occupation within Thai sovereign territory, aiming to consolidate strategic advantage and prevent future confrontations.
