ไทย เตรียมพาผู้ช่วยทูตทหาร-สื่อมวลชนลงพื้นที่ชายแดนพรุ่งนี้ หวังนำเสนอหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ 'กัมพูชา' ละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิง-โจมตีพลเรือน ยันฝ่ายไทยยึดมั่นข้อตกลงอย่างเคร่งครัด 

วันนี้ 31 ก.ค.2568 กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ระบุถึงความคืบหน้าสถานการณ์ชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ดังนี้

1. ภายหลังการประชุมพิเศษเรื่องสถานการณ์ชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา เมื่อวันที่ 28 ก.ค.68 ที่ประเทศมาเลเซีย ฝ่ายไทยได้มุ่งมั่นดำเนินการตามข้อตกลงหยุดยิงอย่างเคร่งครัดมาโดยตลอด

2. เมื่อพบว่าฝ่ายกัมพูชาละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิงดังกล่าว กระทรวงการต่างประเทศไม่ได้นิ่งนอนใจ โดยได้ดำเนินการสื่อสารผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ รวมถึงสถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทยในต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้ประชาคมโลกเห็นถึงพฤติการณ์ดังกล่าวของกัมพูชา นอกจากนี้ ฝ่ายไทยมีกำหนดจะนำคณะผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายทหารและสื่อมวลชนลงพื้นที่ไปสังเกตการณ์และประเมินผลกระทบจากการปะทะกันบริเวณชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชาในวันพรุ่งนี้ (1 ส.ค.68)

3. การลงพื้นที่สังเกตการณ์ข้างต้นจะเป็นโอกาสในการนำเสนอหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ของการละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิงและการโจมตีเป้าหมายพลเรือนที่ไร้มนุษยธรรม ตลอดจนการละเมิดอธิปไตยและบูรณภาพแผ่นดินไทยของกัมพูชา ซึ่งไม่ว่าประเทศใดก็ไม่สามารถอดทนอดกลั้นต่อการกระทำเช่นนี้ได้

4.นอกจากนี้ ไทยขอประณามฝ่ายกัมพูชาต่อการกล่าวหาฝ่ายไทยในเวทีระหว่างประเทศเกี่ยวกับเหตุการณ์ปะทะบริเวณชายแดนโดยปราศจากมูลความจริง โดยเฉพาะในระหว่างการประชุมระดับสูงของสหภาพรัฐสภา (Inter-Parliamentary Union: IPU) ที่นครเจนีวาในขณะนี้ โดยฝ่ายไทยขอปฏิเสธโดยสิ้นเชิง และขอเรียกร้องให้กัมพูชายุติการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลเท็จหรือบิดเบือน ซึ่งอาจสร้างความเข้าใจผิดและซ้ำเติมสถานการณ์ให้เลวร้ายลง และขอยืนยันว่า ไทยยังคงยึดมั่นในกฎบัตรสหประชาชาติ หลักมนุษยธรรมสากล และการคุ้มครองชีวิตพลเรือน และข้อตกลงหยุดยิงอย่างเคร่งครัด

Thailand to Escort Military Attachés and Media to Border – Aims to Present Concrete Evidence of Cambodian Ceasefire Violations and Attacks on Civilians

On July 31, 2025, Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement regarding developments along the Thai-Cambodian border, as follows:

1. Following the special meeting on the Thai-Cambodian border situation held in Malaysia on July 28, 2025, the Thai side has consistently adhered strictly to the ceasefire agreement.

2. Upon observing that the Cambodian side had violated the ceasefire, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs took immediate action by communicating through various channels, including Thai embassies abroad, to inform the international community of Cambodia’s actions. In addition, Thailand will escort a group of military attachés and members of the media to the border area tomorrow (August 1, 2025) to observe and assess the impacts of recent clashes.

3. This field visit will serve as an opportunity to present concrete evidence of ceasefire violations and inhumane attacks on civilian targets, as well as infringements upon Thailand’s sovereignty and territorial integrity — actions that no nation can be expected to tolerate.

4. Furthermore, Thailand condemns Cambodia’s baseless accusations against the Thai side in international forums regarding the border clashes, particularly during the current high-level meetings of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in Geneva. Thailand firmly denies these allegations and calls on Cambodia to cease spreading false or misleading information that may worsen the situation. Thailand reaffirms its commitment to the United Nations Charter, international humanitarian principles, the protection of civilian lives, and strict adherence to the ceasefire agreement.
