โยนทิ้งส้วมไปนานแล้ว! "ฮุนเซน" เดือด ลั่นโยนปริญญารามคำแหงทิ้งส้วมตั้งแต่ปี 51 สวนกลับเดือดหลังถูกรามคำแหงเพิกถอนปริญญากิตติมศักดิ์ ฐานเป็นปฏิปักษ์ต่อไทย

จากกรณีมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ออกหนังสือประกาศเพิกถอนปริญญาปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิตกิตติมศักดิ์ สมเด็จ ฮุนเซน จากเหตุประพฤติตรงข้ามคำประกาศเกียรติคุณเมื่อปี 2544 และมีท่าทีเป็นปฏิปักษ์ต่อรัฐไทยอย่างชัดแจ้งนั้น

ล่าสุด สมเด็จ ฮุนเซน โพสต์เฟซบุ๊กส่วนตัวว่า "มันไร้สาระสิ้นดี วันนี้ผมได้ยินว่ามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย ซึ่งผมจำชื่อไม่ได้ด้วยซ้ำ ได้จัดการลงมติเพิกถอนปริญญากิตติมศักดิ์ของผม

ขอชี้แจงว่า ไม่จำเป็นต้องเพิกถอน ผมเคยทิ้งปริญญาใบนั้นลงส้วมไปตั้งแต่ปี 2551 แล้ว ตอนที่ประเทศไทยส่งกองทัพไปบุกปราสาทพระวิหารในกัมพูชา ปริญญาของคุณไม่มีค่าอะไรให้ผมเก็บไว้เลย ผมไม่ได้รู้สึกภาคภูมิใจใดๆ เลยกับกระดาษที่มีชื่อของคุณ สติปัญญาของฮุนเซนไม่ได้เกิดจากสถาบันของคุณ สติปัญญาของฮุนเซนมาจากคำสอนของชาวกัมพูชาและโรงเรียนต่างๆ ในกัมพูชา"

“I threw it in the toilet long ago!” – Hun Sen fires back, says he flushed Ramkhamhaeng University’s honorary degree in 2008, after Thailand sent troops to Preah Vihear

Following Ramkhamhaeng University’s decision to revoke the honorary Doctor of Philosophy degree awarded to Samdech Hun Sen in 2001—citing behavior contrary to the declaration of honor and a clearly antagonistic stance toward Thailand—the former Cambodian Prime Minister responded fiercely.

In a recent Facebook post, Hun Sen wrote:

“This is utterly ridiculous. Today I heard that a university in Thailand—whose name I can’t even remember—has decided to revoke my honorary degree.

Let me clarify: there was no need to revoke it. I had already thrown that degree into the toilet back in 2008, when Thailand sent troops to invade the Preah Vihear Temple in Cambodia.

Your degree had no value for me to keep. I felt no pride whatsoever in that piece of paper bearing your name.

Hun Sen’s intellect did not come from your institution. It came from the teachings of the Cambodian people and from schools in Cambodia.”
