สถานทูตไทยในนอร์เวย์ เตือนคนไทยเลี่ยงเผชิญหน้าชุมนุมเขมร เตรียมแจงต่างชาติ ไทยไม่ต้องการสงคราม ขณะที่ชาวกัมพูชาในนอรเวย์จ่อประท้วงกล่าวหาไทยรุกราน สถานทูตแนะอดทน-ยึดกฎหมายสากล

วันที่ 31 ก.ค. 2568 เพจเฟซบุ๊กของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทยประจำกรุงออสโล ประเทศนอร์เวย์ โพสต์ข้อความระบุว่า ชาวกัมพูชาในนอร์เวย์เตรียมจะจัดการชุมนุมประท้วง กล่าวหาว่าไทยรุกราน ซึ่งสถานทูตแนะคนไทยในนอร์เวย์ให้หลีกเลี่ยงการเผชิญหน้า และช่วยกันให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องกับต่างชาติ ว่าไทยไม่ต้องการสงคราม

ข้อความบนเพจเฟซบุ๊กของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทยประจำกรุงออสโล ระบุว่า “สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงออสโล ได้รับทราบว่าชาวกัมพูชาในนอร์เวย์จะมีการชุมนุมประท้วงกล่าวหาว่าไทยรุกรานดินแดนกัมพูชาปลายสัปดาห์นี้”

“หากชาวไทยในนอร์เวย์ประสงค์จะชุมนุมรวมพลังเพื่อปกป้องศักดิ์ศรีเกียรติภูมิของประเทศไทยที่ถูกรุกรานดินแดนจากกัมพูชา สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ขอให้การชุมนุมของคนไทยอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของนอร์เวย์โดยเคร่งครัด และหลีกเลี่ยงการเผชิญหน้ากับชุมชนกัมพูชา อดทนต่อการยั่วยุ เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความรุนแรงและความเสียหายที่จะมีขึ้นได้”

“ทั้งนี้ ขอให้ชาวไทยช่วยกันให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องแก่เพื่อนชาวนอร์เวย์ เพื่อนชาวต่างชาติ รวมถึงเพื่อนชาวกัมพูชาในทุกช่องทาง เพื่ออธิบายถึงสถานการณ์ตามความจริง และท่าทีของประเทศไทยที่ต้องการเห็นสันติภาพ ไม่ต้องการสงคราม และปฏิบัติตามกฎกติกาอย่างเคร่งครัด แต่ประเทศไทยก็จำเป็นต้องปกป้องประชาชนและบูรณภาพแห่งดินแดนในขอบเขตที่เหมาะสมเช่นกัน”

Thai Embassy in Norway Warns Thai Nationals to Avoid Confrontation with Cambodian Protestors – Prepares to Clarify Thailand's Peaceful Intentions to the International Community

On July 31, 2025, the Facebook page of the Royal Thai Embassy in Oslo, Norway, posted a message stating that Cambodian nationals in Norway are planning to hold a protest accusing Thailand of invading Cambodian territory. The Embassy advises Thai nationals in Norway to avoid confrontation and to help provide accurate information to the international community, emphasizing that Thailand does not seek war.

The Embassy’s Facebook post stated:

"The Royal Thai Embassy in Oslo has been informed that Cambodian nationals in Norway plan to stage a protest later this week, accusing Thailand of territorial aggression against Cambodia."

"Should Thai nationals in Norway wish to gather in unity to defend Thailand’s dignity and territorial integrity in light of these accusations, the Embassy urges that any such gatherings strictly comply with Norwegian law. Thai nationals are also strongly advised to avoid direct confrontation with the Cambodian community, and to remain calm and refrain from responding to provocation in order to prevent potential violence or damage."

"We also ask Thai people to assist in disseminating accurate information to Norwegian friends, international communities, and Cambodian peers through all available channels. The goal is to clarify the actual situation and convey Thailand’s stance — one that seeks peace, not war, and strictly adheres to international law. However, Thailand also has the right and responsibility to protect its citizens and territorial integrity appropriately."
