ทภ.2 เผย เขมรเพิ่มกำลังตลอดแนวชายแดน ผิดข้อตกลง ช่องอานม้า -ภูมะเขือ-สัตตะโสม-ปราสาทโดนตรวล-ภูผี-ช่องจอม-ช่องสายตะกู อ.บ้านกรวด พบ UAV ไม่ทราบฝ่าย บินสอดแนมที่ตั้งกำลังฝ่ายไทย

ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 สรุปสถานการณ์การสู้รบตามแนวชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ประจำวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2568 (ณ เวลา 10.00 น.) ว่า ปรากฏความเคลื่อนไหวของกำลังทหารกัมพูชา ดังนี้ 

1. ตรวจพบการเพิ่มเติมกำลังและเสริมความมั่นคงของกำลังประเทศกัมพูชา ในพื้นที่ตลอดแนวชายแดนไทย – กัมพูชา
2. ตรวจพบการใช้อากาศยานไร้คนขับ (โดรนไม่ทราบฝ่าย/ไม่ทราบชนิด) บินตรวจการณ์ที่ตั้งการวางกำลังของฝ่ายเราในหลายพื้นที่ 

สำหรับการตรวจพบในพื้นที่ชายแดน ได้แก่ ช่องอานม้า อ.น้ำยืน จ.อุบลราชธานี, พื้นที่ภูมะเขือ, สัตตะโสม, ปราสาทโดนตรวล, ภูผี อ.กันทรลักษ์ จ.ศรีสะเกษ, ช่องจอม อ.กาบเชิง จ.สุรินทร์ และ ช่องสายตะกู อ.บ้านกรวด จ.บุรีรัมย์

3. การดำเนินการต่อผู้ถูกควบคุมตัว ซึ่งเป็นทหารกัมพูชาที่ยอมจำนนเนื่องจากกระสุนหมดในพื้นที่ ช่องซำแต อ.กันทรลักษ์ จ.ศรีสะเกษ จำนวน 20 นาย และอาวุธ/ยุทโธปกรณ์, กระสุน/วัตถุระเบิดที่ตรวจยึดได้

3.1 ผู้ถูกควบคุมตัว ทั้ง 20 นาย ส่งดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายในความผิดฐาน “เข้าเมืองโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือมาอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรไทยโดยผิดกฎหมาย” ต่อพนักงานสอบสวนที่มีอำนาจ

การดำเนินการต่อผู้ถูกควบคุมตัวที่บาดเจ็บ จำนวน 2 นาย ส่งตัวเข้ารับการรักษาพยาบาลที่ รพ.ค่ายวีรวัฒน์โยธิน อ.เมือง จ.สุรินทร์ ให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านจิตเวชมาประเมินอาการ เนื่องจากคาดว่าเกิดจากการเข้าทำการรบเป็นเวลานาน

3.2 อาวุธ/ยุทโธปกรณ์, กระสุน/วัตถุระเบิด  ส่งมอบให้เจ้าหน้าที่สรรพาวุธตรวจสอบและเก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐานเพื่อส่งมอบให้พนักงานสอบสวนที่มีอำนาจ ดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมาย  ส่วน กระสุน/วัตถุระเบิด  ส่งมอบให้เจ้าหน้าที่สรรพาวุธ (EOD) นำไปทำลาย

2nd Army Region Reports: Cambodia Increases Troop Presence Along Thai Border, Violating Agreements – Drones Spotted Over Thai Military Positions

The Operations Center of the 2nd Army Region released its daily situation report on the Thai-Cambodian border conflict dated July 31, 2025 (10:00 AM), detailing recent military activities by the Cambodian forces as follows:

1. Increased Cambodian Troop Presence
   Cambodian forces have reinforced and fortified their positions along multiple areas throughout the Thai-Cambodian border, in violation of bilateral agreements.

2. Unidentified UAV Surveillance
   Several unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)—origin and model unknown—were detected conducting reconnaissance flights over Thai military positions in various locations.

   The border areas where UAVs and troop movements were observed include:

   • Chong Arn Ma, Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province

   • Phu Makheua, Satta Som, Prasat Don Trawan, and Phu Phee, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province

   • Chong Chom, Kap Choeng District, Surin Province

   • Chong Sai Taku, Ban Kruat District, Buriram Province

3. Cambodian Soldiers Surrendered at Chong Sam Taek
   A group of 20 Cambodian soldiers surrendered in the Chong Sam Taek area, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province, after running out of ammunition. Several weapons, ammunition, and explosives were also seized.

   3.1 Legal Action Against the Detainees
   All 20 captured soldiers have been handed over to the competent investigators and will be prosecuted under Thai law for “illegal entry into the Kingdom of Thailand.”

   Two injured soldiers among the group were transported to Weerawatyothin Military Hospital in Mueang District, Surin Province, for medical treatment. Psychiatric evaluations were also requested due to possible combat-related mental stress.

   3.2 Handling of Seized Weapons and Explosives
   The confiscated weapons, equipment, and ammunition were turned over to ordnance officers for inspection and evidence documentation to support legal proceedings. The explosives and ammunition were specifically handed over to the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit for safe destruction.
