กองทัพบก ยืนยันดูแล 'ทหารกัมพูชา' ที่ถูกควบคุมตัวตามหลักสากล เตรียมส่งกลับหากเสร็จขั้นตอนตามกฏหมาย 

วันนี้ 31 ก.ค. 2568 พล.ต.วินธัย สุวารี โฆษกกองทัพบก เปิดเผยถึงกรณี ฮุน มาเนต นายกรัฐมนตรีกัมพูชา เรียกร้องให้มีการปล่อยตัวทหารกัมพูชาที่ไทยควบคุมตัวและในการหารือระหว่างพล.อ. ดาโต๊ะ โมฮัมหมัด นิซัม จาฟฟาร์ ผู้บัญชาการทหารสูงสุดมาเลเซีย แม่ทัพภาคที่ 2 และแม่ทัพภาคที่ 1 ของไทยได้พูดคุยในเรื่องนี้หรือไม่ ว่า  ประเด็นดังกล่าวได้อธิบายไปแล้วตอนที่ ผู้บัญชาการทหารสูงสุดมาเลเซียมาพบกับแม่ทัพภาคที่ 2 ยืนยันดูแลทหารกัมพูชา เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขกฎหมายสากล และจะรีบส่งกลับ เมื่อเสร็จขั้นตอนตามกฎหมาย

Royal Thai Army Affirms Cambodian Soldiers Held in Custody Are Being Treated in Accordance with International Law – Will Be Repatriated Once Legal Procedures Are Completed

On July 31, 2025, Major General Winthai Suvaree, spokesperson for the Royal Thai Army, addressed calls by Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet for the release of Cambodian soldiers currently detained by Thailand. He confirmed that during discussions between Malaysia’s Chief of Defence Forces, General Dato' Mohammad Nizam Jaffar, and Thailand’s 1st and 2nd Army Region Commanders, the issue was explained clearly.

Major General Winthai emphasized that the Cambodian soldiers are being treated in line with international legal standards and humanitarian principles. He added that Thailand is prepared to repatriate the soldiers promptly once all legal processes are completed.
